BEATRICE ORSI

Growth, marketing operations and AI enablement specialist

When I see a problem, my instinct is to ask how I can solve it using the skills I already have and the tools I know or can quickly learn. I turn recurring marketing and operational friction into clearer workflows, faster analysis, better documentation, and more scalable ways of working.

COVER LETTER

Dear reader,

I work at the intersection of growth marketing, marketing operations, and AI enabled workflow design. My focus is not only on improving campaign performance, but on making the surrounding systems better too: clearer workflows, faster analysis, stronger documentation, and more scalable ways of working.

In my current role at Dagsmejan, I work across 5 markets and manage around CHF 100k per month across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads. My work combines performance marketing, account restructuring, measurement, creative testing, and stakeholder alignment, with a strong focus on building more structure around how campaigns, insights, and decisions are organised.

A big part of how I work today is AI enablement in practice. I explore tools early, learn them quickly, and turn them into useful systems. This has included building workflow automations, creating internal tools, and using AI to speed up recurring analysis and reporting work. The point for me is never novelty. It is better output, less repetitive manual work, and stronger decision support.

That approach has shaped the way I work across different environments. At Talent Garden, for example, I worked as a full funnel acquisition specialist and led projects that connected performance, reporting, and strategic decisions. Across roles, I have learned how to combine acquisition, analysis, process design, and communication in a way that helps teams not only perform better, but operate more clearly.

I am especially motivated by roles where performance, experimentation, and operational improvement need to work together. The work I do best is the kind that improves results while also improving the way a team works behind the scenes.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Kind regards,

Beatrice Orsi
